File applications for new marks or expanded or modified use of existing marks, ensure marks are properly used in commerce and that trademark registrations are maintained
Initial Steps:
Manage large and small trademark portfolios and provide client with monthly trademark reports
Update all correspondence information, attorney’s of record, and confirm that all information is correct and up to date
Consult with client regarding which marks are no longer in use; confirm that client is protected and that all marks are filed in the proper classes
Ongoing:
Will check the trademark docket daily to ensure all deadlines at the USPTO are met and that everything is timely filed
